Havasu Regional Medical Center Names Michelle Beverly Chief Executive Officer

LAKE HAVASU CITY, AZ – (July 13, 2026) - Havasu Regional Medical Center (HRMC) today announced the appointment of Michelle Beverly as its new chief executive officer, effective July 10, 2026.
Beverly most recently served as chief operating officer at HRMC, where she provided strategic leadership and operational oversight focused on clinical excellence, operational performance, quality outcomes, and community healthcare initiatives.
"Michelle is a proven healthcare leader whose dedication to patients, employees, physicians, and the community has been evident since joining our organization," said Bob Barrett, western division president for Lifepoint Health, of which HRMC is a part. "Throughout an extensive national search process, Michelle distinguished herself through her leadership, operational expertise, collaborative approach, and commitment to advancing the hospital's mission. We are excited for the future of Havasu Regional Medical Center under her leadership."
Beverly brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience spanning hospital operations, quality improvement, physician engagement, service line development, strategic planning, and organizational growth. Prior to joining Havasu Regional Medical Center, she held senior executive and operational leadership roles with Banner Health and Abrazo Health, where she successfully led performance improvement initiatives, facility expansion projects, service line operations, and multidisciplinary teams.
A proud U.S. Air Force veteran, Beverly began her healthcare career as a surgical technologist and has advanced through increasingly complex leadership positions throughout her career. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Western International University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Systems Management and Finance.
